The Enrollment Compliance Liaison is a position dedicated to ensuring newly enrolled students and families feel welcomed, and are compliant and prepared for their first day of school at Insight PA. This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40 hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 8-4 or as defined by the school. Rate: $23.50 - $26.00/hr Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
- Reviews compliance documents for approved newly enrolling students
- Assists families with document completion as needed
- Communicates with students and families to welcome them to the Insight PA community
- Completes onboarding enrollment conferences for each newly enrolled student and their family
- Ensures families feel prepared to start at Insight by providing information and resources prior to the student's first day of school
- Collaborates with the Registrar, School Counselor, Student Resource Specialist, Advisor, and appropriate education teams to ensure student needs are set up for success on their first day of school
- Sends weekly new starts list to all staff notifying of new enrollees
- Acts as a point of contact for families prior to their first day of school
- Assists with yearly Confirmation of Enrollment process
- Assists with special projects as assigned by the Enrollment Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no regular supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Required Qualifications
- Associate degree AND
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Required Skill Set
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated sense of empathy and seeing situations from the perspective of others in order to best assist and meet needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
- Proficient in MS Excel, MSWord, and Outlook
- All required clearances to work in a Pennsylvania Public School
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Special Education documents
- Prior experience with enrollment at a charter school
- PowerSchool experience

- This is a flexible position with opportunities for in-office or remote work options. The noise level in the office is usually moderate (computers, printers, light foot traffic).
- This position will include limited travel and will include limited overnight travel. This is estimated to be approximately 20% of the time. Travel will be required for department in-office days, community events, PD and state testing.
