Job Summary: Coordinates the enrollment of physicians and midlevels with insurance plans. Stores and maintains current data and enrollment history for clients/physicians. Generates enrollment/re-enrollment packages or electronic submission with required documents for physicians and plans as determined by client management. Facilitates and participates in communication between clients and insurance companies to resolve problems surrounding physician enrollment and claims processing. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required. Excellent typing/word processing skills required. Other duties as assigned/requested. Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of progressively responsible experience required. At least two years experience in a medical environment or health insurance office required. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
