- Coordinator and maintain testing schedule. Testing may take place after normal business hours and on the weekends
- Maintain testing data and provide presentation to internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate proper venues, timing, and modality for various tests
- Maintain attendance logs, incident reports, and other necessary records
- Maintain National Testing Center designation
- Provide test preparation for more popular administered test
- Serve as a thought leader, mentor and coach on continuous improvement
- Receive information in various forms and determines the appropriate method of processing
- Create, maintain, and update files and record keeping systems; both digital and paper
- Compile and logically format statistical data and reports
- Disseminate information that may require explanation and interpretation of established university and departmental policies and procedures and direct individuals to sources of additional information
- Create and maintain various database systems
- Generate reports, memorandums, correspondence, presentation materials, spreadsheets and graphics and other similar materials using computer systems
- Coordinate testing services for disability services office
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of supplies
- Supervise and process student employee timecards and maintain appropriate records monitoring available dollars
- Conducts special projects and assignments as directed and perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Higher education experience. (preferred)
- Testing administration experience (preferred)
- Supervisory experience. (preferred)
- Certified test administrator (preferred)
Physical Demands
