Responsibilities:

This position maintains up-to-date knowledge of Homefirst Managed Long Term Care Plan (MLTCP), Elderplan Medicaid Advantage Plan (MAP), and Elderplan FIDA Total Care, making outreach calls to prospects, explaining to them the benefits and eligibility, and appropriately scheduling RN visits for assessment and potential enrollment.

  • Responsible for documenting updates and outcomes in Market Prominence, the enrollment tracking software program, and working closely with the RNs and Marketing Representatives to maintain high productivity and quality data for purposes of management and reporting.
  • Occasionally may be assigned to attend home visits with RNs for translation purposes as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years health care experience; managed care/sales experience is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills, strong telephone etiquette and comfort with the geriatric population.
  • Spanish, Cantonese or another language fluency may be required.
  • Requires ability to learn, understand and explain healthcare eligibility requirements, conduct business successfully over the phone, offer excellent customer service and express compassion while meeting the demands of high volume and high productivity.
  • Operates in accordance with regulatory agency contract guidelines.
