Summary of the position:
This is an on-site professional position responsible for (1) identifying the needs of families and promptly converting them for services; (2) schedules tours; and (3) increase enrollment. This position requires a cooperative approach with internal personnel, academy personnel, families, and outside vendors/agencies.
Job Responsibilities.
• In conjunction with Directors, proactively targets, contacts, and communicates with families to identify childcare needs.
• Promptly and efficiently communicates with families throughout the enrollment process. • Assists with and understands marketing plan initiatives.
• Maintains flexibility to ensure evening and/or weekend communication with prospective families.
• Develop and maintain Hub Spot including reporting on data points metrics
• Ensures proper communication plan and/or process to identify availability at each academy.
• Collaborates with Field Directors and other internal departments to assist with achieving objectives.
• Increases expert knowledge of parent topics using various media outlets such as blogs, articles, news, and/or other media.
• Schedules tours and completes all follow up with attendees.
• Partners with Directors to ensure smooth and accurate transition for parents.
• Maintain full knowledge of offered programs and business issues related to a full-service childcare service.
• Any additional duty as assigned by manager.

Supervisory Requirements. This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Education/Experience.
Associate or bachelor's degree with at least two years' experience preferably in sales or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced attention to detail, excellent communication/follow up skills, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
Work Environment/Physical & Visual Demands.
• This position works Monday – Friday, typically within standard office hours; flexibility is necessary, and some travel may be required with notice.
• Physical Demands: Speaking, Listening, Writing, Sitting, Keystroke, Crouching, Kneeling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Finger movement, Squatting, Grasping, Repetitive Motion, and Sedentary/ Light work, Climbing, requiring lifting up to 20lbs or up to 50lbs with assistance.
• Visual Demands: Visual acuity to perform activity such as viewing computer terminal and reading.
• Environment Conditions: This position is subject to sufficient noise with an indoor environmental condition; protected from weather conditions but not necessary from temperature changes
