DescriptionWe are hiring multiple Enrollment Specialists for our client in Albany, NY. This is a contract to hire opportunity. If you're interested in the below opportunity, please apply!Main Responsibilities:+ Process new referrals and assist in enrollment for participant-directed services.+ Communicate corrections and updates to case management or support coordination entities.+ Conduct outreach and guide newly referred individuals or representatives through enrollment.+ Schedule appointments to facilitate a quick and efficient enrollment process.+ Identify and resolve barriers to timely enrollment; engage stakeholders for coordination.+ Respond to inquiries regarding enrollment; address and resolve customer issues.+ Educate participants and providers on self-direction and fiscal intermediary processes.+ Process enrollment applications and perform required enrollment functions (e.g., background checks).+ Update participant and provider status in relevant systems.+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely enrollment and first provider payments.+ Provide program education, support, and person-centered guidance to participants.+ Train individuals on program rules, financial systems, and fraud prevention.+ Follow up on and report any suspected fraud, abuse, neglect, or exploitation.+ Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality assurance standards.+ Support workforce management to ensure service levels are met and report self-direction issues if necessary.RequirementsRequired Skills:· Strong customer service and support experience· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Five 9 is a plus· High aptitude for process assessment, improvement, and recommendations· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills· Ability to develop strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.· Expected to have excellent verbal, written communication, and troubleshooting skills.· Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Ability to troubleshoot.· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word preferred.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
