This position is on-site, Monday - Friday, typically within standard office hours; flexibility is necessary, and some travel may be required with notice.Summary:The Enrollment Specialist position is responsible for (1) identifying the needs of families and promptly converting them for services; (2) scheduling tours; (3) helping to increase enrollment; and (4) Maintaining childcare system for billing, payments, subsidy and compliance (5) CACFP paper work and monitoring. This position requires a cooperative approach with internal personnel, families, and outside vendors and agencies. The Child Care Enrollment Specialist fosters a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with Directors, proactively targets, contacts, and communicates with families to identify childcare needs
- Promptly and efficiently communicates with families throughout the enrollment process
- Assists with and understands marketing plan initiatives
- Maintains flexibility to ensure evening and/or weekend communication with prospective families
- Develop and maintains reporting on data points metrics, including compliance.
- Ensures proper communication plan and/or process to identify availability in each program.
- Collaborates with Directors and other internal departments to assist with achieving objectives
- Increases expert knowledge of parent questions concerning billing, invoicing, and Childcare Connection compliance
- Schedules tours and completes all follow up with attendees
- Partners with Directors to ensure smooth and accurate transition for parents
- Maintain full knowledge of offered programs and business issues related to a full-service childcare service
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
- Any additional duty as assigned by manager
Education and Experience:
- Associate or bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of at least two years of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform this job.
- An individual must have advanced attention to detail, excellent communication/follow up skills, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
