We focus on building strong relationships with enterprise customers, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering impactful solutions that drive business success. Our team is strategic, collaborative, and committed to forming long-lasting partnerships that position Reshape as a leader in lab automation and AI.As a member of our Sales team, you'll be part of shaping how we engage with top-tier customers, influence the market, and contribute to our global expansion and ambitious growth goals.The purpose of the roleAs our first employee based in the US, you will serve as the Enterprise Account Executive, playing a pivotal role in expanding Reshape's presence in the US market. This remote role is open to candidates nationwide, with a preference for those based on the East Coast. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key enterprise accounts to drive growth and establish our foothold in the region. This role involves driving new business, nurturing existing partnerships, and establishing Reshape as a trusted partner in lab automation and AI. You will work across multiple personas in each account, connecting with stakeholders ranging from R&D scientists to C-level executives, to deliver tailored, impactful solutions that support our ambitious growth.This is what you will be doing
  • Pipeline Development & Management: Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of high-value opportunities within the agriculture, food, biotech, and related industries, consistently driving new business and account expansion.
  • Complex Sales Navigation: Lead full sales cycles from opportunity identification to close, engaging multiple personas-including senior scientists, technical teams, and C-suite stakeholders-within each account.
  • Customer Engagement & Market Positioning: Build relationships across the customer base, ensuring a deep understanding of each client's needs and aligning Reshape's solutions to meet their business objectives. Become a trusted advisor and an industry expert, continuously engaging with customers to position Reshape as a leader in biotech innovation.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions. Use feedback from customer interactions to inform product development and improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Intelligence & Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, using this knowledge to gain a competitive edge and provide informed recommendations to clients and internal teams.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven success record in managing and expanding enterprise-level accounts, with a solid understanding of navigating complex sales cycles within high-tech or biotech environments.
  • Pipeline Generation & Sales Forecasting: Demonstrated ability to create and maintain an active pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and accurately forecast sales outcomes to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent experience in biotechnology-related fields. Familiarity with lab automation, AI, or machine learning is highly advantageous.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to cultivate and maintain relationships across all organizational levels, from scientists to C-level executives, with a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Self-Driven & Collaborative: Ability to work independently while contributing to team success, sharing knowledge, and driving initiatives that foster a collaborative sales environment.
