Who Are You
We're hiring our second Enterprise Account Executive in the US, to play a pivotal role in bringing our global strategy to life and driving the growth of our customer base in the events and stadia sector.
You are someone who has an established industry of networks and connections within events and stadia, selling SaaS software solutions to c-suite and key business stakeholders. You'll be an entrepreneur at heart, who can create and generate their own book of business in a newly established market. You are a seasoned enterprise sales seller who can work solo and be self-driven to drive success in an untapped and growth market.
This role has the opportunity to unlock our growth in the US and establish a base for Humanforce to continue developing the team in future.
What You'll Do
* Play a key role in owning the sales strategy across the US market, specifically within the events, venues and stadia vertical.
* Build our approach to measuring success in the US market by identifying, architecting, negotiating, and driving successful relationships with key accounts. Most importantly, grow our footprint within your robust network.
* Confidently deal with a range of different stakeholders at varying levels and be an expert at setting expectations.
* Work independently and drive early GTM (go-to-market) strategy.
* Have a strong grasp of key metrics to track your territory and use these to make data-driven, informed judgments.
What You'll Need
* Seasoned Account Executive and a solid background in software SaaS sales.
* Deep knowledge and network within the events and stadia industry
* Experience owning and identifying a pipeline of potential customers across the US market.
* The ability to drive outreach and engagement through hit lists of potential clients and execute outreach campaigns using various communication methods, including cold calling, attending events, email marketing, and social media engagement.
* Strong stakeholder engagement to establish relationships and negotiate with key stakeholders and decision-makers to close deals effectively.
* Build, design, and execute a killer pitch! Have the ability to sell the value of the Humanforce solution, aligning it with the business objectives and interests of the potential customer within events, venues and stadiums.
* Bring the Humanforce brand to life within the industry by working with key customers to show presence at venues, events, and activities to gain a foothold and prove success.
