At Austin MacWorks, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This role is designed for a motivated professional passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients, delivering cutting-edge IT solutions, and driving growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on expanding our customer base and developing new opportunities with existing clients on a designated Named Account List.

This is a high-impact, field-based position, where you'll spend at least 50% of your time outside the office, meeting with clients, identifying opportunities, and networking with industry professionals. What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through meetings, cold calls, networking events, and referrals.

Sales Strategy: Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding revenue targets by strategically positioning Austin MacWorks' solutions and services.

Consultative Selling: Understand your customers' business challenges and IT priorities, and craft tailored solutions using Austin MacWorks' diverse portfolio of technology offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales and post-sales support, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to serve as a trusted advisor to your clients.

Team Contribution: Excel as a part of a collaborative sales team while achieving individual goals.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of proven success in IT sales, ideally with experience in solution-based selling.

Previous field sales experience with a history of driving new business development.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

A documented record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on solving complex business challenges.

A customer-first approach with consultative selling expertise.

Experience selling complex IT solutions and familiarity with Apple products and services.

Working knowledge of leading OEM programs, including Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, and VMware.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: Earn between $60,000 and $120,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and performance-based bonuses.
