For more information, visit www.shift4.com.Responsibilities:Enterprise Account Manager II is a crucial position within Shift4, and they act as the first point of contact for strategic merchants. We are looking for a self-starter who is positive, curious, and informed on what are the new trends in payments. You will be joining a team of payments experts who are passionate about growing Shift4's global footprint. We are movers and shakers, and empower everyone on our team to contribute new ideas and think critically about how we can continue to improve the customer experience.
  • Become a trusted advisor for each enterprise account by maintaining a collaborative relationship with the client.
  • Be an advocate for each enterprise account within Shift4 to make sure all activities are scheduled and prioritized correctly.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Partnerships, and Product to support customer solutions and complex deployments.
  • Provide an escalation path for concerns as needed. This may include support issues, billing questions, etc.
  • Provide reports as requested and offer insight on business performance.
  • Conduct business reviews on a quarterly basis.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to work in challenging environments.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to target messages to the right levels of an organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Financial Technology fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years Account Management or relevant experience within the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • We are looking for individuals that are extremely self-sufficient, available to work flexible hours, & hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Previous Program or Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Must have excellent written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office.
