As a Business System Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units. - Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can be used to inform business decisions.
- Understand business needs and communicate findings with the technical team.
- Engage with segment business stakeholders to collect, analyze, document, communicate, and manage functional and nonfunctional requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Utilize SQL, Azure, and Databricks to support data-driven decision-making processes.
What's Needed?
- 3-4 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, Azure, and Databricks.
- Knowledge of Financial Data, Data Warehousing, and GAML.
- Understanding of ETL concepts, Data Mapping, and Business Logic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
