Optomi is partnering with a global leader in the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of consumer products in the liquor and related products industry. This position, that comes with the title Enterprise Architect - Digital, will focus on the development of architectural guardrails and approaches in MarTech. You will evaluate the Direct-to-Consumer and Commercial Platforms during the development and deployment of a new Salesforce platform. You will help with the standardization of the manufacturing system Aveva. And further down the road will help with the harmonization of the SAP Platform.
The client would like this person to start 2-3 days a week in the office. The office locations are Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City. Also, this role is contract to hire with conversion after ~12 months. And only W2 candidates will be considered. NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY COMPANIES!!!
Key Responsibilities:
Trusted Technology Advisor:
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enable new capabilities while mitigating risk.
- Provide expert guidance on digital design and delivery programs within large global enterprises.
Technology Steward:
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to establish technology standards and architectural patterns.
- Facilitate governance processes ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Reduce technical debt and inefficiencies, optimizing the total cost of ownership of technology assets.
Technology Strategist:
- Elevate tactical business requirements into scalable, secure, and extensible value propositions.
- Define and evolve digital strategies and technology roadmaps, incorporating Industry 4.0 technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.
Business Process Understanding and Optimization:
- Analyze and document existing business functions and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design optimized enterprise architectures that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure that architectural designs support scalability, flexibility, and integration across various business units.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and implementing digital solutions, including web applications, e-commerce platforms, analytics, MarTech, integrated social media, and UX solutions.
- At least 5 years in roles such as Program Lead, Product Owner, or Lead Developer.
- Proven experience in the CPG, supply chain, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Broad technology architecture expertise, including cloud computing (GCP, AWS, Azure), machine learning, Big Data, IoT, IoB, UX, and streaming technologies.
- Strong business and technical acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise architectural frameworks.
