Day-to-Day:Oversee enterprise architecture adherenceLead platform selection and vendor partnershipsEnsure consistent application architecture with enterprise needsGuide technology evaluations and roadmap planningIdentify strategic systems and solutionsServe as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across various teamsFacilitate current to future state architecture transitionDevelop Proof of Concepts (POCs)Provide pragmatic problem-solving architecturesQualifications:10+ years in architecture roles; 7+ years leading teams; 5+ years in wealth management architectureStrong knowledge of Sales/Client Service in wealth management; Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience preferredExperience with Azure services preferred; familiar with market trends and frameworksAdvanced analytical skills; adept at leading change initiativesProven leadership skills; ability to translate needs into solutionsBachelors degree or equivalent in related field
