You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.**Job Description:**At Regions, the Corporate Compliance Division Manager resides in the Compliance and Regulatory Risk group which is responsible for developing a strategy, process and practices to facilitate, monitor, test and oversee effective compliance practices to align the organization to meet new and existing regulatory requirements.**Primary Responsibilities**+ Consults with the various business groups on the design and implementation of first line of defense activities, controls, processes and procedures+ Complies with applicable laws and regulations and uses knowledge of applicable banking laws, regulations and guidance to partner with and direct business management in the timely identification, mitigation, resolution and reporting/escalation of existing, emerging and upstream regulatory risks and issues+ Manages a team of compliance group managers and specialists who are capable of researching regulatory questions posed by the business+ Reviews documents and identifies compliance-related issues through evaluation of policies and practices and development of alternatives for resolution+ Develops and enhances the compliance program to mitigate compliance risks and ensure sustainable controls commensurate with the risk appetite and growth of Regions+ Maintains continuous dialogue and transparent communications with supervisory authorities on compliance-related matters+ May act as the business group Chief Conflicts Officer with oversight of conflicts identification and tracking activitiesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.**Requirements**+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field+ Fifteen (15) years of financial services and regulatory compliance experience+ Management experience+ Prior experience working with regulatory agencies**Preferences**+ Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation**Skills and Competencies**+ Effective interpersonal skills+ Effective negotiation and influencing skills with experience in conveying complex information through training materials, written communications, and other means+ Presentation skills+ Proven leadership skills+ Strong analytical skills+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written+ Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and guidance**Position Type**Full time**Compensation Details**Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.**Job Range Target:****_Minimum:_**$206,300.80 USD**_Median:_**$284,690.00 USD**Incentive Pay Plans:**This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
