About the Role Tabs is hiring an experienced Enterprise Implementation Manager to support our largest, most strategic customers with implementation and onboarding until full go-live. You'll be a leader within the Implementation Team at Tabs and directly involved in the development of the department. Your responsibilities will include guiding Enterprise customers through the integration of Tabs products to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation. Each enterprise client has unique needs - you'll effectively keep the projects on track and drive time to value by providing technical and operational guidance to help each client effectively leverage our platform and drive maximum impact for their business. You should be comfortable with managing client-facing communication across mature organizations and interfacing with executives, project leads, and operational teams while acting as a customer advocate across internal product, engineering, and design teams to develop features based on customer needs. What You'll Do
- Lead implementation from start to completion for Strategic Enterprise customers: You will learn the customer's tech stack and map their current business processes to the Tabs product offering. You will guide the customer to adopt Tabs and install various integrations with ERPs, CRMs, Tax, Payments, etc. You will support as they test, pilot and go live on Tabs for critical finance and billing processes.
- Requirements Gathering and Solutioning: Collaborate with customers to understand their unique business needs and translate them into clear project requirements and objectives. As needed, channel these requirements and customers' requests to the right R&D teams to find solutions for the customers.
- Project management: You will work closely with customers to create an implementation plan and ensure customers meet their implementation milestones.
- Stakeholder management: You will build productive customer relationships to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged with and informed of implementation progress, blockers, and action items.
Who You Are
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and is eager to learn, adapt, and scale within a fast-paced, evolving startup atmosphere.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SaaS deployment projects with an emphasis on large-scale, enterprise ERP/Office of CFO deployments.
- You have the ability to diagnose and resolve issues that arise during implementation You can identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively manage and balance customer expectations and provide clear guidance on customers requirements for implementation.
- Strong project management skills. You have an ability to create detailed implementation plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
Experience
- 5-7+ years of experiences in implementation or customer onboarding at early-stage startups, with a strong ability to work with imperfect solutions and collaborate closely with customers to build together
- 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Implementations , activation, or Technical Account Manager
- Solid understanding of technical concepts, enabling you to assess the customer's technical stack and Tabs's product to create solutions that support advanced customer workflows
- Equally comfortable in Accounting and Technical environments, engaging with CFOs, controllers, technical teams, and system administrators
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP integrations like NetSuite or Sage at a fintech company, consulting company or in house at a tech company
- Experience with Finance and Accounting software, preferably with a Big-4 background or a CPA certification (Certified Public Accountant)
