Summary of the role

Corebridge Financial's Enterprise Resiliency organization is responsible for preparing businesses for the loss of personnel, facilities, and technology by following pre-defined management approved policies and standards. The Enterprise Resiliency program partners with Security, Technology, our Businesses, and other support functions to respond to disruptive events and to help restore both technology and business process capabilities within predetermined timeframes. The resiliency strategies focus on detailed plans and operating procedures for those processes required for the financial and operational health of Corebridge Financial and its clients.

We want to hear from you if you can

* Work with C Suite Leaders and their organizations to deliver guidance, training, and QA for development of resiliency strategies and plan documents to respective Business Continuity / Incident Management / Disaster Recovery Coordinators

* Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans have been adequately tested and gaps are identified and tracked until remediation is complete

* Ensure all program partners are adhering to Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and compliance obligations

* Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required

* Lead projects to deliver on strategic Business Continuity, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery programs

What we are looking for:

* 2+ years of related experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Risk, Controls, Operations, Facilities or Technology-related discipline

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification (preferred)

* Experience with leading and implementing projects and working with cross-functional teams

* Possess working knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities, with a strong understanding of driving analytics and reporting

* Understanding of how Cloud/CoLo/SaaS technical environments support critical business processes

* Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; can work well with others; proactive and eager to provide assistance when there is a potential incident

* Be available during off hours and willing to travel to Corebridge Financial facilities as necessary

* Experience with using Enterprise Resiliency tools (e.g., Archer and Everbridge) a plus

* CBCP and PMP certified a plus
