We're seeking an ERP Consultant who will play a critical, hands-on role in shaping our clients' ERP landscapes, from design to implementation. This is your chance to bring your ERP expertise to a forward-thinking environment where you'll design requirements, build strategic solutions, and directly contribute to project success.

The Role:

As an ERP Consultant, you'll dive deep into clients' needs, designing and building tailored ERP solutions that drive business performance. Working directly with stakeholders, you'll gather requirements, create technical solutions, and oversee the implementation process. This is a hands-on role that will also require you to act as the go-to advisor, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define ERP project requirements, goals, and functional specifications.
  • Design, configure, and implement ERP solutions, with a focus on top ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
  • Act as the primary contact throughout the project, ensuring requirements align with client expectations and ERP capabilities.
  • Perform hands-on system configuration, data migration, and testing to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, empowering them to maximize system functionality and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within client environments.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or other major platforms.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing ERP systems, with a knack for translating complex requirements into streamlined solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in project management or consulting within ERP environments is a plus.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to be a hands-on architect and implementer, driving critical ERP transformations.
  • Work with a skilled and passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility with remote and hybrid work options, plus opportunities for career growth and professional development.

If you're an ERP expert ready to help clients transform their businesses, we want to hear from you. Join us to make an impact that lasts!
