Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Sales Director - Healthcare, your impact will be:

  • Demonstrate extensive experience collaborating with large hospitals and clinics.
  • Execute comprehensive land-and-expand campaigns, managing projects from proof of concept (POC) to large-scale deployments.
  • Meet and exceed enterprise quota targets consistently.
  • Cultivate local partnerships with key allies such as Crowdstrike, ServiceNow, Cisco, AWS, and others.
  • Generate high-quality appointments and cultivate pipeline opportunities.
  • Periodically participate in industry conferences and events.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing Claroty's cutting-edge products.
Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Possess at least 8 years of direct enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably within the healthcare and cybersecurity sector.
  • Experience selling into the South Central/TOLA region - a PLUS!
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Challenger Sales selling methodologies.
  • Strong track record of quota achievement.
  • Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and flexibility and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with solid presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (at least 25%).

Expected compensation for the role is between $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 + commission. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
