What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategic account plans for the insurance vertical and region, engaging leaders responsible for digital transformation and customer experience
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and co-creating business solutions with the Hiring Company platform
- Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Industry Market Leaders to create industry-relevant presentations and demonstrations
- Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI models for clients and partner with Customer Success Teams for client success
What Is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales or consulting experience, with at least 2 years in selling customer experience or customer engagement solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
- Some experience with the Insurance Vertical
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in sales career
- Ability to present sophisticated technology solutions at the C-level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity about industry issues
- Bias to action, high sense of urgency and energy
