What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop strategic account plans for the insurance vertical and region, engaging leaders responsible for digital transformation and customer experience
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and co-creating business solutions with the Hiring Company platform
  • Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Industry Market Leaders to create industry-relevant presentations and demonstrations
  • Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI models for clients and partner with Customer Success Teams for client success

What Is Required (Qualifications):

  • 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales or consulting experience, with at least 2 years in selling customer experience or customer engagement solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Some experience with the Insurance Vertical
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in sales career
  • Ability to present sophisticated technology solutions at the C-level
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity about industry issues
  • Bias to action, high sense of urgency and energy
