POSITION
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader, highly skilled in strategic solution selling, in account success, in developing strong relationships at all levels, crafting compelling proposals, and with the ability to thrive in a mission-driven company that values integrity, excellence, and entrepreneurship.
As Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative growth and forging key relationships in the global travel and entertainment industries
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement a winning business strategy for enterprise growth, targeting new opportunities both domestically and internationally
- Take charge of identifying and closing new business opportunities, steering the sales process from start to finish, and ensuring successful outcomes
- Successfully renew contracts, while seizing on opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services
- Guide and inspire the Reunitus team in crafting compelling, high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs that exceed expectations
- Maximize marketing efforts by collaborating with our marketing team to design highly targeted and impactful campaigns that resonate with potential clients
- Negotiate and secure strategic contracts with airlines and other industries, creating win-win agreements that drive long-term success
- Continuously develop and improve Reunitus' value proposition of being an end-to-end solution that encompasses software, managed services, and end of life monetization solutions
- Be a thought leader and industry expert, consistently showcasing innovative solutions tailored to the needs of our target companies and markets
- Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver solution demonstrations that align with prospects' unique challenges and business objectives
- Build and nurture a powerful professional network, opening doors to valuable insights, leads, and new business opportunities across the industry

REQUIREMENTS
- Over 10 years of business development experience, with a proven track record of closing sales for SaaS solutions and Managed Services, primarily targeting senior executives within large, multi-layered organizations
- Proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing large enterprise deals
- Track record of working effectively across organizations, demonstrating credibility and influencing senior leaders to drive business success
- Expert in leveraging internal resources to support sales cycles, and close high-value deals
- Skilled in overcoming objections, turning skeptics into enthusiastic, loyal customers
- Experience managing high-profile relationships, particularly with Fortune 500 companies, ensuring long-term value and growth
- Able to craft creative win-win proposals and align organization behind “win strategies
- Proven history of exceeding quotas and revenue targets, showcasing consistent high performance
- Flexibility to travel, both domestically and internationally, to meet client and business needs
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus
