OverviewThe Sales Operations Director (VP Level) is responsible for enterprise operations that optimize workload processes, applications, operational efficiencies, and scaled sales enablement for enterprise, regional, divisional, geographic businesses, vertical(s), and market segment implementation. This is a newly created role in alignment with Gilbane's growth strategy and will report directly to the head of Global Sales and Marketing.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Providence, RI this ranges from $204,200.00-280,700.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Chicago, IL this ranges from $213,800.00-294,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Boston, MA and Arlington, VA (DC) this ranges from $227,400.00-$312,700.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For New York City this ranges from $248,800.00-$342,100.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
