Join our dynamic NYC office as a SDR Team Lead! You will manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and lead them in achieving critical goals, including booking opportunity meetings and driving pipeline development. Your responsibilities will encompass coaching and mentorship, proactive outreach to key stakeholders, and involvement in strategic initiatives aimed at improving the sales process. To excel in this role, you should have a background in tech product sales, be data-driven, and have a knack for engaging prospects with our value proposition. Things you will do:
  • Lead a part of our Sales Team in New York, reporting into the Director of Enterprise, North America.
  • Team management: Managing a team of 1 to 3 SDRs to hit OB meetings booked quota.
  • Coaching and mentorship: Coaching team to develop their sales acumen and achieve professional ambitions.
  • Developing a strong understanding of accessFlow by accessiBe and our value proposition, to be able to build initial appetite among potential prospects.
  • Pipeline development and management: Ensure new meeting generation meets business targets.
  • Outreach to key stakeholders from managers, up to C-level (via existing networks, LinkedIn, email, events and more) to book meetings for AE's.
  • Strategic initiatives: Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive step-level improvements in pipeline generation.
  • Be a purposeful and empathetic change agent, embracing the ways of selling that make accessiBe unique and desirable to customers while also bringing a fresh perspective on how we can operate at scale.
Requirements:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience, ideally with at least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Sales experience: Experience as an SDR.
  • Experience selling tech products: Experience at a tech company, ideally involved with developer-oriented products.
  • Quantitative inclination: Comfort with and desire to deliver quantitative objectives.
  • Strong written and communications skills: Role requires regular communication with team, stakeholders, and business leads.
  • Data-driven in making decisions, setting goals, and driving success in the organization, while also embracing ‘hands on' sales and qualitative metrics of success.
  • Pragmatic way of working, high energy, has a creative mindset about meeting-creation, manages & supports the team from the front lines and not from behind desk & reports.

Advantages:
  • The salary band for this position ranges from $70,000 - $80,000 Base and will be based on your experience and skill sets.
