Job Summary:

This role crafts tailored AI and machine learning solutions that empower organizations to optimize their operations and enhance their workforce capabilities. You collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop strategies that leverage AI as a transformative force in their businesses.

Essential Functions:

• Partner with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities where AI and machine learning can drive significant value. Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements to design customized solutions.
• Develop comprehensive AI strategies and implementation roadmaps, ensuring solutions are meticulously crafted to fit each organization's unique operational context.
• Work closely with internal teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of AI solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning. Provide insights and guidance to clients on how emerging technologies can enhance their business practices.
• Educate clients on AI capabilities and benefits, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of solutions.
• Define success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives, and work with clients to track performance and optimize solutions over time.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and tools. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a client-facing role within professional services, focusing on AI, machine learning, or enterprise software solutions.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
