ABOUT MAX HERTAN: I started one of Australias largest digital agencies, Megaphone, growing it to 150 employees with expansions into the UK and USA. In recent years, Ive launched several successful seven-figure companies (Snowball, Argie, Alto Studios & SuperHires). Now, Im working on scaling multiple ventures, and Im looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join me on this journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE: As my Entrepreneur in Residence, your role is similar to that of a Chief of Staff. Over the next two years, youll be deeply involved in helping me scale my various businesses and making them more effective. You will:

• Work closely with me across all business meetings and communications.
• Help source new deals and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with key team members to improve company performance.
• Learn firsthand how to grow businesses from the ground up.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shadow me across all aspects of entrepreneurshipgaining the insights, skills, and connections needed to scale successful businesses.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS & COMPENSATION: Throughout the two-year period, you will be compensated with a salary & the business real-world entrepreneurship degree someone could get. If youre successful and demonstrate exceptional performance, we will partner together to start a new company with my personal backing.
