Position Summary The Administrative Assistant supports the Senior Engineer, Operations Manager, and Principal Manager through fielding all incoming inquires and outgoing communication. Through excellent customer service, comprehensive service and product knowledge, and prioritization skills the Administrative Assistant will coordinate and schedule inspections and conduct follow-ups as key business functions.Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for promptly answering inbound calls and outbound calls.
- Utilizes proper judgement to prioritize the distribution of communication pieces in a timely manner.
- Collects inspection information from clients to ensure a smooth inspection process.
- Accurately enters inspection data with attention to detail and follows predetermined questionnaire scripts to collect all relevant information.
- Handle project coordination, complete general sales transactions, and assist co-workers as needed.
- Performs all other related duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility required.
- 1 years of experience working in an office setting required (previous experience in a construction/engineering environment preferred).
- 1 year of sales background is preferred.
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Pass a background screening.
