Jared Mandel Architect P.C. is a small, hard-working architectural team that provides top quality service for residential and light commercial projects in Long Island. With offices located in Williston Park and Southampton, our expertise extends from meticulous architectural design to proficient project management. We seamlessly merge timeless details with contemporary elements, resulting in stunning and distinctive designs that transcend traditional boundaries.

Embark on your professional journey as an Intermediate Architect at Jared Mandel Architects P.C., where you'll play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the architectural process. This opportunity is tailored for people who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Zoning research and code compliance
• Perform conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation
• Communicate in a professional manner with clients
• Effectively communicate with General Contractor and subcontractors
• Strong ability to organize, complete and track multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 2 years minimum of experience working on high end residential and light commercial projects
• Strong, creative design portfolio
• Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of 3d programs a plus (specifically Rhino3D & Lumion)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional, organized, and strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to aid in project management and help in the coordination of the contractor's company, as well as being able to control or help control a project from start to finish.
