Our civil litigation firm housed within the NYC offices of a solid automobile insurance company seeks recent law school graduates who can be trained to handle all aspects of No-fault defense litigation relative to active court and arbitration matters in all venues in the metropolitan area. The ideal candidate is an individual who is looking to be trained in the nuts and bolts of litigation to eventually handle a full caseload. The candidate must be results-oriented and possess adept communication and negotiation skills.

Considering the heavy training aspect of the position, the individual must be onsite daily at our conveniently located lower Manhattan law firm and claims division offices.
The candidate's training will cover all aspects of No-fault insurance defense issues, including fraud/special investigations and medical provider fraud.
