  • Pay Rate: $15 with an increase upon conversion *Plus unlimited monthly bonus*
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, at least 2 nights a week 12pm-9pm, and rotating weekends 8am-12pm *Flexible schedule based on company needs*

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Entry Level Collections Representative:
  • Achieve department standards and goals set by management regarding continuous efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts
  • Work minimum number of accounts per hour as set by management
  • Set up suitable payment arrangements once contact with a debtor has been made
  • Follow up on all accounts until the debt is paid, settled, cure from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible by management
  • Perform all phases of skip tracing work
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of activity on accounts that have been worked through in accordance of the policies and procedures set forth by the company
  • Adhere to and abide by all regulations set forth by the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)
  • Complete any other duties set forth by the General Manager or Section Manager
Job Requirements for the Entry Level Collections Representative:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Good oral communication, and organization skills
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Required to work 40 hours a week, including 2 night shifts
  • Required attendance and completion of training program
