About the Role: As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a vital role in supporting our team and helping clients feel valued and understood.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients by providing information about our services and guiding them through processes.
- Address and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- No prior experience required, but previous experience in customer service is a plus.
