We're seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Support & Event Assistant to help foster long-term success for our customers. In this role, you'll build relationships within your assigned territory and engage with community members. You'll act as a liaison between our customers and clients, ensuring our solutions are communicated effectively and meeting community and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Handle daily sales, marketing, customer service, and campaign management tasks.Thrive in our management training program, advancing from Entry Level to Senior Management.Oversee the implementation and delivery of client cause information, optimizing outreach performance and identifying growth opportunities for clientele.Take charge of problem-solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning, and donor acquisition.Develop strong client relationships through exceptional service, balancing their needs with a proactive approach.Actively participate in team building, growth, and expansion initiatives.
