Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative:

  • Incorporate knowledge of the industry to complete sales and enrollment initiatives.
  • Investigate and solve customer inquiries and communicate the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead by example and positively and professionally represent the clients.
  • Provide product and customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative:
