Entry Level Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers by providing professional support to close quality sales
• Proficient in product knowledge to answer customer questions thoroughly

• Inform customers of the details and specifications regarding their order details, the installation process, and billing cycle
• Work closely with sales executives to execute customer service and sales strategies in accordance with the clients requirements
