What You'll DoYou'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. You will make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and teamElectrical Engineer in Training (EIT)/Electrical Designer
- Work with senior licensed engineers and experienced designers under the direction of lead licensed electrical engineers
- Design power distribution and lighting systems for manufacturing, distribution, and other industrial and commercial facilities
- Work on projects for low & medium voltage electrical distribution systems including MCCs, generators, transformers, low voltage substations, and UPS
- Enter into a career path to become a licensed electrical engineer
What You'll Bring- Co-Op/internship, part-time or full-time employment, or project experience related to engineering, consulting, facility design, construction management, drafting, or architecture
- Demonstrated leadership or participation in campus/community service activities (preferred)
- Experience in the design of facilities for food/beverage, pharma/life science, or consumer products for manufacturing and distribution (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with our valued team members and clients
- Solid computer skills including Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (academic or professional)
- A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or an equivalent degree from and ABET accredited institution
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) licensure for those wish to become licensed professional engineers or licensed architects
