- Assist in the planning and execution of various types of events, including corporate meetings, workshops, and social gatherings.
- Help with venue selection, budgeting, and contract negotiations with vendors.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, catering, audiovisual needs, and decor to ensure events are successful.
- Maintain a detailed event calendar and assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Communicate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure everyone is informed and on the same page throughout the planning process.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events through social media and other channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event planning software.
