Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to initiatives aligned with our sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly managed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deliverables and deadlines.
  • Contribute to sustainability-focused projects by assisting with research, data collection, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
