Description We are seeking eager, strategic, and definitive individuals to fill an entry-level financial representative position that offers room for growth and a promising job outlook. On a typical day, you will be responsible for prospecting for clients, providing them with solutions and information about available products, maintaining a client book, and communicating with the company's Management Team about clients' needs. This is great for someone who is self-driven and looking to work in a dynamic environment, has a passion for helping people, and is looking to grow professionally while benefiting from a competitive compensation package. This job is a Commission-Based opportunity. We provide help with licensing, and training with our tenured team members and we will provide you a stipend during your training time! Ability to commute in New York, NY 10017: Reliably commute Responsibilities •Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs •Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities •Support clients' progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations •Gather and assess each client's financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and additional factors related to wealth management •Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects Qualifications •Bachelor's (Preferred) •Sales: 2 years (Preferred) •We provide help with licensing, training and you'll get a stipend during your training •Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools strongly preferred •Stellar communication and math skills complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships with existing and prospective customers •Working knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, personal financial advisor or responsibilities, or financial planner roles is essential
