Job Description:
**Recent Grads, this is an Entry Level positionWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Onsite IT Support Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve providing hands-on technical support to our clients in Exton, PA, assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and deployment of various IT systems and equipment.Responsibilities:Provide onsite technical support to clients in Exton, PA, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless.Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers, workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.Collaborate with team members to escalate complex technical issues as needed.Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.Document all support activities, including resolutions, in a detailed and accurate manner.Provide training and guidance to end-users on basic IT tasks and best practices.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework is a plus.Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to issue resolution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.Reliable transportationFlexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is advantageous.Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Active Directory administration.Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).Opportunity for professional development and growth within the organization.Flexible part-time schedule to accommodate other commitments.Exposure to a diverse range of IT environments and technologies.Supportive team environment with ongoing training and mentorship#J-18808-Ljbffr
