Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to advance into specialized roles such as: Fiber Splicer: Responsible for splicing and terminating fiber optic cables to ensure reliable telecommunications infrastructure. Lineman: Skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground power lines and telecommunications cables. Crew Supervisor: Leads and coordinates teams and ensuring completion of telecommunication projects.
