**As a** **Licensed Practical Nurse** i**n the Preceptor Program for Family First Homecare, youll experience:**

* In-depth, tailored training in our onsite skills lab to help you feel confident and prepare you to start caring for your own patients
**Job Responsibilities**
* Provide comprehensive patient care within the guidelines set by the (POC) Plan of Care
* Administer medications, perform daily patient assessments and conduct light housekeeping
* Ensure completion of patient care documentation and submit required personnel file documentation in a timely manner
* Attend and completes mandatory training sessions and in-services as needed
* Decision-making based on the individuals nursing experience and educational preparation
* Occasionally assist with admission, transfer, re-certification, resumption of care, and discharge paperwork as assigned
**Sign-on Bonus: $200**
* **??????**Must orient within 2 weeks from the day of interview.
* Must work 40 billable hours within 90 days from day of orientation.
