DescriptionAdams Manufacturing, part of the Keter North America group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal operation and functionality. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in maintenance, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the routine maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
- Support senior maintenance technicians in machinery installations and upgrades.
- Keep the maintenance area organized and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
Hours for this position are 7am - 7pm (12-hour shifts). Rotating schedule - 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off; working 15 days total/month. Every other weekend off.Pay starts at $22/hour
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; however, any relevant coursework or certification in maintenance or repair is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions carefully.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
