We are looking for an individual to join our family as a Maintenance Technician at our Goshen, IN plant. This is a hands on-role for a mechanically inclined individual with industrial or production experience who is eager to learn and grow with a great company! This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth.Key responsibilities will include:•Completing machinery Preventive Maintenance (PM)•Basic maintenance, diagnosis and repair of machine and building•Involvement in monthly fire safety inspections, plant and safety inspections•Building carts and tables•Developing and building jigs and fixturesAn ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, will have production experience, experience in CNC machinery and technology, knowledgeable of OSHA best practices, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades.
