Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Graduate Management Trainee role in Chicago offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop critical management skills in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. As a trainee, you will participate in a range of activities, including project delivery, brand promotions, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, setting clear objectives and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers at private site events in Chicago.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and foster business growth. Participate in brainstorming sessions, offer feedback on campaigns, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives by identifying potential leads, presenting products or services, and closing deals. Regularly report progress to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage various projects from start to finish, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
