The ideal candidate for this position has a degree in Business Administration or a related field, one year of management experience, strong supervisory and management skills with high customer service expectations, outstanding leadership qualities and exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Reports directly to Director of Operations and General Manager 2. Responsible for hiring, training, and firing front desk personnel 3. Responsible for over-seeing interactions at the desk and all actions by front desk staff 4. Responsible for dealing with all billing questions or disputes 5. Membership and program sales 6. Strong customer service skills and phone presence 7. Responsible for speaking to all members who wish to cancel their membership 8. Over-see cleanliness of main lobby, stair-wells and front desk 9. Register each member that is checking in for the day 10. Scheduling 11. Cash handling 12. Rotating schedule - mornings/day/nights, weekdays & weekends, holidays.
