Onsite - Contract to Hire Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Network Analyst/Technician to join their IT team. This role focuses on providing basic network troubleshooting and support to ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be skilled in resolving network hardware and software issues, while providing timely and effective technical support to internal users. Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve network hardware and software issues.
- Respond to Help Desk inquiries via phone, email, and in-person requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VOiP, and VPN systems.
- Report on the operational status of the network and assist in maintaining network documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient network operations and provide excellent customer service to users.
- Perform other network-related tasks and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Network Systems or a related field from an accredited institution (Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in network troubleshooting and support.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VOiP, and VPN systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot network hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
