Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and evaluate evidence to determine liability
• Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance companies
• Negotiate settlements and 2nd chair clients in court
• Maintain updated knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• No Plaintiff Personal Injury experience necessary but a plus
• Spanish Speaker a HUGE PLUS
