We are looking for self-motivated, well-spoken, Moving Consultants. Learn a new industry and grow your skills in this fast-paced phone environment. You must have excellent communication; verbal, written, and strong grammar skills. The ideal Candidate will be friendly, responsible, professionals with a desire to grow with our locally owned company. Sales experience is preferred, but not required. Onsite training will be provided.Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls/ emails/ messages from new and current Clients
- Respond in a timely manner to incoming requests
- Verify and input accurate Client Move information into CRM
- Provide real time estimates using scripts
- Call/ email/ message Clients using the TME Sales Journey Model
- Assist new and current Clients with questions, rescheduling, and concerns
- Document all communication with Clients in the CRM
- Report to the Manager any challenging scenarios and potential issues
- Other related responsibilities may be assigned
Job-Requirements
- Self-motivated, energetic, organized, trainable and reliable.
- Ability to follow instructions while following your own critical thinking when needed.
- CRM data entry and funnel management
- Ability to build productive business professional partnerships.
- Fluent English speaker
- Tech savvy
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Previous phone Sales and/ or Customer Service experience a plus, but not required.
- Full time position; flexible scheduling. 8AM to 5PM shifts
