Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company has a number of openings. These are production positions located in various departments processing raw materials, manufacturing or shipping operations associated with paperboard and other products.The new hire hourly rate is over $23.50 for a period of 90 days with an increase to a regular rate of over $26.00 per hour. The probationary period is 90 days.Responsibilities and DutiesSuccessful candidates must be willing, but not limited to the following:
- Follow safe work practices
- Practice good housekeeping
- Work as a team and actively participate in the work group
- Work in a self-directed environment
- Adhere to quality requirements and tracking process
- Use computer system applications necessary to perform job functions
- Operate or work in industrial conditions:
- Strenuous physically demanding labor
- May be hot/warm, dusty/dirty
- Hazardous chemicals
- Noise
- Elevated work surfaces
- Operating/monitoring production processes
- Driving heavy mobile equipment
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check, physical & drug screen.
Requirements
- Must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Two years of work experience with at least one year with the same employer
- Available to work any shift (depending on placement):
- 4 days on - 4 days off rotating (12 hrs.)
- 2 days-2 nights - 4 days off (12 hrs.)
- Straight days (8 hrs.)
- 4 on-4 off (10 hrs.)
- Preferred candidates:
- Possess 5 + years of manufacturing work experience, at the same employer, in an industry with safety as a core value.

- General industrial testing - check your email for contact by third party administrator for scheduling.
- Interview - panel interview consisting of various team members.
- Hired - Successful candidates to start in January 2025, or become a part of a resource pool.
- Resource Pool - first to be placed into positions as they become available in mill.
- On-boarding - Offer letter, background check, and new hire paperwork is issued. Must pass background to start. Must pass drug screen and physical to start.
