Metzgers is looking for an Entry-Level Production Team Member. The primary responsibilities of this position role will include...Operate production machinery in accordance with print and specification. Assigned machines may include folders/cutters, stitch-trimmer, dye cutter, and similar equipment.Produce the required quality of material within the established specification.Inspect proof sheets to ensure the quality of printing.Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.Perform other duties as assigned.What you will need to be successful:High school diploma or equivalentAn individual that is mechanically inclined.Ability to follow directions and work well as a team.Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.Strong analytical and critical thinkingskills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.Good attendance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
