Job Responsibilities:
Manage High-Volume Warm Leads: Handle a large number of incoming leads, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and support. Engage and Qualify Customers: Clearly explain various promotional packages to customers and assess their specific needs to determine the best fit. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet client demands effectively and efficiently. Coach and Inspire: Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, fostering their professional growth and career development. Promote a Positive Work Environment: Create a motivating and inspirational atmosphere that upholds the brand's integrity and values. Ensure Operational Excellence: Uphold and execute operational policies and procedures to maintain high brand standards. Communicate Promotions and Incentives: Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement. Requirements:
- A leader and someone who is interested in helping develop our firm and grow with up
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a high volume sales environment
- Customer-centric team player who can exceed sales goals and hit office revenue goals
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment
- This position requires spending the majority of the day working directly with customers and relating to all different types of consumers
