As a Promotions Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive experience. In essence, your role combines leadership, strategic customer engagement, team collaboration, and a focus on operational excellence to drive the success of your customer relations and sales efforts. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage High-Volume Warm Leads: Handle a large number of incoming leads, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and support.
  • Engage and Qualify Customers: Clearly explain various promotional packages to customers and assess their specific needs to determine the best fit.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet client demands effectively and efficiently.
  • Coach and Inspire: Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, fostering their professional growth and career development.
  • Promote a Positive Work Environment: Create a motivating and inspirational atmosphere that upholds the brand's integrity and values.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Uphold and execute operational policies and procedures to maintain high brand standards.
  • Communicate Promotions and Incentives: Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.
  • Requirements:
    • A leader and someone who is interested in helping develop our firm and grow with up
    • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a high volume sales environment
    • Customer-centric team player who can exceed sales goals and hit office revenue goals
    • Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment
    • This position requires spending the majority of the day working directly with customers and relating to all different types of consumers
